Start of Something New

This is what the title tells you it is.

Whatever I experience as a Singaporean overseas.

This is definitely one of those narrative weblogs.
If you're looking for something political or controversial, well, maybe you will find a little bit of it here and there.

More then anything, this is a straightforward narration of daily, maybe weekly happenings in my time in the outback. Not unlike the kind you see where the contents go something like

"I went shopping today, I bought Bata underwear and a Prada computer. Tomorrow I'm visiting the Nokia fair to buy a car! If I have enough cash leftover, I might indulge in Mama Lemon ice cream."

Yeah we all know what I'm talking about.

This weblog will probably only interest you if you love me enough, which is to say, readership numbers may be an integer of between 0 and 2.

The sole purpose of this is to archive my 3 years in Australia, as well as any other random thoughts that enter my mind amidst the partying and studying (definitely more of the former than latter). It will be interesting to look back 3 years later and realise how much more of a bastard I am, but I'm just sayin'.

It is now 13 days before I'm Australia bound. It has been quite the logistical nightmare but I suppose other than packing my stuff, I'm more or less set. The feeling is starting to sink in, but I suppose I'm still pretty comfortable being in Singapore. The butterflies have yet to invade my (rapidly growing) stomach, but I'm sure as D-day draws near an entire contingent will lay siege to my gut.

We'll take each day as it comes.

In other news, Jeff Hardy lost the WWE championship after being screwed by his brother, and Randy Orton wins the Royal Rumble. Manchester United are still top of the table and Chelsea still suck.

Happy Lunar New Year!
